Jody Lease, AIF®

Financial Advisor

As the owner, Jody provides individuals with a range of specialized, comprehensive financial guidance for investment, retirement, and estate planning, as well as other wealth management needs. Jody enjoys being part of the small-town community that she grew up in and focuses on the goal of offering a local, independently owned alternative to large, traditional brokerage firms.

Jody earned her BS from Western Washington University. After graduation, she spent time working in finance roles in the Seattle area. She then began her career as a financial advisor in 2009 when she joined her mother's, Susan Witten’s, investment advisory practice in Burlington, Washington, and took over ownership in 2012.

Jody is a board member for the Burlington-Edison Alumni Foundation, assisting students to achieve their higher education goals. When not in the office, you will likely find Jody out and about in the area with her family, camping, gardening, or spending time with friends and family.

Becky Jansma

Financial Assistant

Becky joined us in the beginning of April 2018.  She came to the financial world after spending more than 10 years working with water quality in Skagit Valley.  Becky was born and raised in Burlington. She earned a bachelor's degree in social sciences from Washington State University...Go Cougs!

She is the proud mother of two very active teenagers and an adventurous, college-bound step-daughter. In her "free" time she volunteers for the Hospice of the Northwest, plays with her dog, two horses, and three mules.  She and her husband love to go for a drive and see where they might end up.

Becky looks forward to being a part of the Commonwealth family!
